Dr. Arthur L. Satterwhite III is a recognized voice on Leadership, Belonging, Strategy, and Organizational and Change Management who is passionate about serving and seeing communities flourish. Whether in workplaces or faith-spaces, he believes that by overcoming issues stemming from increasing diversity, technological shifts, and other societal changes, individuals and organizations will realize greater human and organizational flourishing. Thus, he is often called upon to help communities by providing inspiration, training, leadership, and strategic consulting to prepare his audiences and clients to realize their collective potential.

Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
— Albert Einstein

With a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a Masters in Religious Education, and a Bachelors in Business/Marketing, Dr. Satterwhite combines nearly two decades of professional, academic, and ministerial experience with a keen sense of strategy to both inspire and equip individuals to achieve the impact they are called to pursue. Aside from his travels to speak and consult around the world, he also fulfills this passion in his roles as Vice President of Strategy at one of the world's largest and most innovative youth outreach and discipleship-focused non-profit organizations (Young Life) and as an Adjunct Professor at Regent University.

Additionally, Dr. Satterwhite's doctoral studies at Regent University focused on identifying strategies and methods to help individuals and communities develop what he has coined "Intergenerational Leadership." Built on the pillars of Servant Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Generational Intelligence, Intergenerational Leadership is a new leadership model that empowers leaders to leverage cultures of belonging to create the solutions and healing their communities need. By inspiring, training, and mobilizing leaders, Dr. Satterwhite pursues his vision of seeing individuals become the catalysts for personal and corporate transformation that the world needs.

And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.
— Philippians 1:6, Amplified Bible

Aside from the various board and advisory roles that he holds serving organizations across the U.S., Dr. Satterwhite is a sought-after speaker, thinker, writer, dreamer, and consultant. Whether you're looking to inspire your community, grow as a leader, or simply brainstorm, he is always happy to meet, share learnings, and serve as needed.

His most important role, though, is that of a loving husband to his amazing bride, Safiyah. Together, they reside in the Southern California, though their love to travel often has them frequenting different locales around the world.
