Dr. Arthur L. Satterwhite III is a recognized voice on Intergenerational Leadership and Generational Diversity, who is passionate about serving and seeing communities flourish. Whether in workplaces or faith-spaces, it is his belief that by overcoming issues stemming from increasing generational diversity, individuals and organizations will realize greater human and organizational flourishing. Thus, he is often called upon to serve communities by providing inspiration, training, and strategic consulting as a means of preparing his audiences and clients to realize their collective potential.

Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
— Albert Einstein

With a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership, a Masters in Religious Education, and a Bachelors in Business/Marketing, Dr. Satterwhite combines more than a decade of professional and ministerial experience with a keen sense of strategy to both inspire and equip individuals to serve their communities better. Aside from his travels to speak and consult around the world, he also fulfills this passion in his role as Vice President of Multiethnic Ministries at one of the nation's largest and most innovative parachurch ministry organizations serving young people - Young Life.

Additionally, Dr. Satterwhite's doctoral studies at Regent University focused on identifying strategies and methods to help individuals and communities develop what he has coined "Intergenerational Leadership." Built on the pillars of Servant Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, and Generational Intelligence, Intergenerational Leadership is a new leadership model that empowers leaders to be the solutions that their generationally-diverse communities need. By inspiring, training, and mobilizing intergenerational leaders, Dr. Satterwhite pursues his vision of seeing individuals become the catalysts for personal and corporate transformation that the world need.

And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.
— Philippians 1:6, Amplified Bible

His most important role though is that of a loving husband to his amazing bride Safiyah. Together, they reside in the Greater New York Area, though their love to travel often has them frequenting different locales around the world.

Aside from the various board and advisory roles that he holds serving organizations across the Tri-State area, Dr. Satterwhite is a sought-after speaker, thinker, writer, dreamer and consultant. Whether you're looking to inspire your community, grow as a leader, or simply brainstorm, he is always happy to meet, share learnings, and serve as needed.
