God created you to lead! This is the basic premise that Arthur L. Satterwhite III hopes to instill in people and communities alike, all around the world. Whether you are the leader of an organization or a believer in a church pew, no matter your station, God created you to lead wherever He has called you!

Bio

As an emerging voice on leadership within the Christian community, Arthur L. Satterwhite III is passionate about serving and seeing individuals realize their God-given potential. As Christians seek to engage an increasingly post-modern, pluralistic, 21st-century society in more meaningful and relevant ways, it is his belief that leadership (or a lack thereof) is often the missing piece when it comes to individuals and communities realizing the success that they feel God is calling them to.

Only a life lived for others is a life worthwhile.
— Albert Einstein

With a B.S. in Business/Marketing and an M.A. in Religious Education, Arthur combines nearly a decade of ministerial experience - ranging from youth/young adult ministry to church leadership - with a keen sense of strategy honed over a decade long career in business, to both inspire individuals to pursue God's calling, and equip leaders to better serve their communities. He currently pursues this passion in his role as a Senior Manager at one of the nation's oldest non-profit organizations where he oversees its work to serve Protestant denominations, para-Church ministries, Christian events and conferences. Arthur also provides leadership to the organization's efforts aimed at engaging a generation of young people who grow increasingly disconnected from the relevance of God's Word.

Additionally, Arthur is currently pursuing his doctoral studies in strategic leadership at Regent University. Here, his work focuses on identifying strategies and methods to help individuals and communities develop a greater personal agency as they realize their God-created capacity for leadership. It is his hope that in doing so, God's people will become the catalysts for greater positive personal, corporate, and communal transformation that they aspire to see.

And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you.
— Philippians 1:6, Amplified Bible

Maybe his most important role though is as a loving husband to his amazing bride Safiyah. Together, they reside in the Greater Philadelphia Area, though their love to travel often has them all over the U.S. and around the world.

Aside from the various advisory roles that he holds, serving churches and Christian organizations across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York, Arthur is a sought-after speaker and thinker, dreamer and consultant. Whether you're looking to inspire your community or simply brainstorm, he is always happy to meet, share learning, and serve as needed.
